*Orders for Next Day Delivery need to be placed before 11:00 am Monday - Friday to ensure products arrive next day. Delivery will be via Interlink Couriers and will take place between 8am - 5.30pm a signature will be required. If you're not at home a card will be left to notify you. Two attempts at delivery will be made and if the parcel is not collected a charge will be made for a 3rd Delivery attempt, you will be notified by email if this is necessary. Deliveries over 2kg in weight will be sent via Interlink - Please ensure you enter your telephone number on the order screen as this aids in the courier delivering your parcel. All orders placed on a Friday after 11am, weekends and Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping times will vary . Each international order should be delivered within 14-16 days at the most. If you have any queries regarding your international delivery time please contact us before placing your order. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations. If you would like to return the product, obtain a refund or cancel your order, please email us at questions@beautyatcreightons.com. All orders placed on a weekend will be processed on the following Monday (except for Bank Holidays, which will be processed the following Tuesday). You have the statutory right to cancel your order prior to your order being processed. Delivery FAQs
What if I miss my delivery? Don't worry. Like any courier service, a card with a new proposed delivery time will be posted through your door, allowing you to arrange to be there on next delivery.
Do you deliver to a work address?
Yes, as long as the driver can access the site easily and is able to leave the parcel with you or at a reception desk.
What do I do if my product is broken or faulty?
If your purchase is broken or faulty please email us. You will need to notify us of the fault and we will arrange for a new product to be delivered or provide a refund.
What do I do if my parcel has not shown up?
If your parcel has not shown up in 21 days since purchase, please email us.
